The breakfast had many options to choose from. The room was a nice size and brand-new, with a comfortable couch. The location was great, very close to the lake and various restaurants, including a Waffle House.

Enjoyed fast check-in and late check-out. The room I stayed in was large with couch. I had good food for breakfast with many options. The staff were very-very nice and amicable, no complaints whatsoever. Location: the hotel was right by the Waffle House, nearby restaurants and resturants.

There were central heating, a microwave and a fridge in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that...

Thank you very much for a great stay for the price. The hotel has a marvelous location close to the lake and restaurants in the area.

This place has a great location near the river and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. You can grab a bite to eat without having to go far. Make sure to try their tasty muffins and cookies during your stay here.

Upon arrival my first clue should have been the old nasty welcome rug at the front door.there is a sign in front that says best rates on new rooms. The outside is very dirty and the inside of our room was even worse. It was 98* and the air wasn't on in the room and there was at least 15 to 20 flies inside that we had to kill. We had been traveling all day and too tired to go down and argue with the desk clerk ,an Indian woman that was not very polite when we checked in. My mother who was traveling with my children and I said it wouldn't kill us for just one night.the kids wanted to swim in the pool which itself didn't look so bad so I let them . While I the pool we started looking around and noticed how dirty and nasty it was . There was trash, cigarettes and broken concrete where a car had hit the surrounding barrier. The lounge chairs were so dirty that we couldn't even sit on them. Also there was exposed electrical wire from an old light that was exposed next to the pool. Some of the plastic furniture had been wired back together where they were broken. The inside of the bathroom was dirty mold on the ceilings and brow stains all around the bathroom door frame as well as brown o the wall by the trash can. So much more .I have pics as well. Looked ok online plus about all available for $100 . Closest we could find to Murfreesboro where we went to the Diamond mines. False advertising Very Dirty , Don't stay there!!

The units with a bathtub are a nice feature. Having a microwave and a refrigerator in the room was convenient. The location near the river is a great advantage. It was nice to have a Wendy's fast food option just a 10-minute walk away.

The bed

The breakfast: the gravy was nothing but white water. No meat, hard biscuits, no apple juice or fruit, frozen waffles were tough. Paint job in bathroom of room was sloppy. TV had bad reception.The desk clerk was not friendly; played on her video device while we were eating.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Arkadelphia, Arkansas, as well as the lake and mountains within a few miles. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was fairly clean. The room had central heating, a microwave, and a fridge.

The hotel rooms are spacious and recently renovated, complete with a comfortable couch. They offer a variety of options for breakfast. The location near a church is convenient, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

Freshly updated rooms with a cozy couch, microwave, refrigerator, and even a coffee maker for that morning pick-me-up! Plus, there's a cool pool to splash around in. 🏊‍♂️

Friendly hotel in a favorable location near restaurants. Fast check-in and reasonably large rooms with a sofa. Pleasant staff that were quick to respond.
